摘要
转化医学发展是实现科技创新和卫生与健康事业发展紧密结合的关键环节,对推进健康中国建设具有重要意义。在总结国内外转化医学机构现状基础上,通过对国内4所公立医院转化医学中心工作人员问卷调查,了解其对转化医学主要制约因素、组织体系和决策模式、运行机制、场地设置等认知与态度。深入分析国内转化医学机构存在的问题,包括缺乏统一规划,转化医学专业人员紧缺,在组织架构、管理模式、薪酬绩效等方面无相应标准,外部协作机制亟待完善等,并针对性地提出对策建议。
Transnational medicine is a key link on the combination of science and technology innovation and healthcare development and plays important role on promoting healthy China strategy. Based on the summarizing of status quo of transnational medicine at home and abroad and with the questionnaire investigation on staff in transnational medicine center in 4 public hospitals, the awareness and attitude of main constrains, organizational structure, decision making and operation mechanism and site selection are analyzed. Problems on transnational medicine such as lack of strategy and planning, lack of qualified staff, lack of standard on organization structure,management mode, compensation and performance, incomplete coordination mechanism are discussed and suggestions are also presented.
