逆灸对应激性损伤胃黏膜组织形态和血流量的影响

摘要
目的观察研究艾灸预处理对应激性胃溃疡大鼠胃黏膜损伤组织形态学的影响,分析艾灸预处理对应激性胃溃疡大鼠胃黏膜血流量的调节作用,进一步探究艾灸预处理对促进胃黏膜损伤修复的作用机制。方法将60只大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、艾灸穴位组、艾灸穴位对照组和奥美拉唑组。采用无水乙醇灌胃法制备应激性胃溃疡大鼠胃黏膜损伤模型,光镜下观察大鼠胃黏膜损伤指数,激光散斑血流成像技术检测大鼠的胃黏膜血流量。结果同模型组相比,艾灸穴位组、艾灸穴位对照组和奥美拉唑组的大鼠胃黏膜损伤指数降低最为明显(P<0.01),胃黏膜血流量也有显著升高(P<0.01);与艾灸穴位对照组和奥美拉唑组相比,艾灸穴位组大鼠胃黏膜的损伤指数、组织形态学及胃黏膜血流量的变化均有明显差别(P<0.01)。结论艾灸预处理能够使胃黏膜血流量显著增加,极大程度促进损伤胃黏膜的修复与愈合,且艾灸穴位组和艾灸穴位对照组的效果存在着明显差异性。
Objective To observe the effect of moxibustion pretreatment on gastric mucosal injury in rats with stress ulcer,analyze the effect of moxibustion preconditioning on gastric mucosal blood flow in rats with stress ulcer,so further explore the mechanism of action of moxibustion pretreatment promote on gastric mucosal injury repair.Methods 60 rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group,moxibustion acupuncture group,moxibustion acupoint control group and omeprazole group.Gastric mucosal injury model in rats with gastric ulcer induced by the way of intragastric administration with absolute ethyl alcohol,gastric mucosal damage index was observed under light microscope,observe the gastric mucosal blood flow in rats by the technology of laser speckle blood flow imaging.Results Compared with the model group,the gastric mucosal injury index was significantly lower in the acupuncture moxibustion group,moxibustion control group and omeprazole group( P<0.01),gastric mucosal blood flow also increased significantly( P<0.01).The gastric mucosal injury index,histomorphology and gastric mucosal blood flow of moxibustion acupuncture group were improved significantly than moxibustion acupoint control group and omeprazole group( P<0.01).Conclusion Moxibustion pretreatment can significantly increase the blood flow of gastric mucosa,and promote the repair and healing of damaged gastric mucosa to a great extent,and there was significant difference between the moxibustion group and moxibustion group.
