Insure技术治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的临床效果观察

摘要
目的讨论Insure技术治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征的临床效果。方法于2017年1月—2018年12月选取该院收治的40例新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征患儿作为该文的研究对象,以抽签法将其分为对照组与研究组,各20例。对照组实施气管插管及气管内注入肺泡表面活性物质,并直接连接呼吸机进行辅助通气,研究组实施Insure技术。观察两组患儿干预前后的动脉血气指标、各项治疗时间指标及并发症发生情况。结果干预前,两组患儿动脉血气指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,研究组患儿PaO_2(92.3±9.3)mmHg、pH值(7.6±1.0)高于对照组(t=2.283,2.224,P<0.05),PaCO_2(40.7±4.8)mmHg低于对照组(t=2.776,P<0.05),研究组患儿呼吸机使用时间(4.31±1.11)d、用氧时间(8.02±1.06)d及住院时间(30.63±4.98)d均低于对照组(t=3.503,2.068,2.322,P<0.05),研究组患儿并发症发生率的10.00%明显低于对照组50.00%(χ~2=7.619,P<0.05)。结论Insure技术的实施可有效的改善患儿的动脉血气指标,缩短呼吸机使用时间、用氧时间和住院时间,降低并发症发生率,值得推广应用。
        Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Insure technology in the treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome. Methods From January 2017 to December 2018, 40 children with neonatal respiratory distress syndrome admitted to our hospital were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into control group and study group by drawing method, 20 cases each. In the control group, tracheal intubation and intratracheal injection of alveolar surfactant were performed, and the ventilator was directly connected to assist ventilation. The research group implemented Insure technology. The arterial blood gas index, various treatment time indicators and complications occurred before and after intervention in the two groups were observed. Results There was no significant difference in arterial blood gas index between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05). After intervention, PaO_2(92.3±9.3) mmHg and pH value(7.6±1.0) were higher in the study group than in the control group(t=2.283, 2.224, P<0.05), and PaCO_2(40.7±4.8) mmHg was lower than the control group(t=2.776, P<0.05), the ventilator use time(4.31±1.11) d, oxygen time(8.02±1.06) d and hospitalization time(30.63±4.98) d were lower in the study group than in the control group(t=3.503, 2.068, 2.322, P<0.05), the incidence of complications in the study group 10.00% was significantly lower than 50.00% in the control group(χ~2=7.619, P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of Insure technology can effectively improve the arterial blood gas index of children, shorten the use time of ventilator, oxygen time and hospital stay, and reduce the incidence of complications. It is worthy of popularization and application.
