大学生校园兼职的现状分析与研究

摘要
随着时代的发展,我国现阶段大学生人数逐渐增多,大学生兼职现象普遍,由于兼职无论在成长还是经济方面对大学生而言都有所收获,所以一批批大学生投入到兼职大潮中去。可是在现阶段我国大学生兼职中存在很多问题,甚至影响到大学生的经济权益和人身安全。基于以上背景,文中深入调查我国现阶段的大学生兼职现状,综合分析其中存在的问题,并且提出与之对应的合理建议,以期为大学生营造良好的兼职市场建言献策。
With the development of the times,the number of college students in our country has gradually increased,and the part-time phenomenon of university students is widespread. Since part-time students have gained in both growth and economic aspects,a group of university students have devoted themselves to the part-time job. However,at the current stage,there are many problems in the part-time work of university students in our country,and even affect the economic rights and personal safety of university students. Based on the background,this paper thoroughly investigates the status quo of college students' part-time jobs at the current stage,comprehensively analyzes the existing problems,and proposes corresponding reasonable suggestions,in order to create a good market for the college students.
