乌梅丸治疗厥阴头痛体会

摘要
乌梅丸方首见于《伤寒论》第338条:该条描述出蛔厥的证候,并与病机属于脏寒的脏厥相鉴别。正因为张仲景以乌梅丸治疗蛔厥证,所以《方剂学》将本方归类于驱虫剂,这显然是片面的。后世医者在此基础上,结合临床实际,多有发挥,很大程度上拓展了乌梅丸的应用范围,以治疗各种寒热错杂之证,效果显著。本文通过探讨厥阴头痛的病机及分析乌梅丸的方义,以阐述乌梅丸对其确有治疗效果。
Wumei Pill(乌梅丸) was first found in Article 338 of the Treatise of Febrile Diseases:this article describes the syndrome of ascariasis and distinguishes it from the visceral syndromes in which the pathogenesis belongs to the visceral cold.Because Zhang Zhongjing treated ascariasis syndrome with Wumei pill(乌梅丸),Prescription science classified it as an insect repellent,which is obviously one-sided.On this basis,combined with the clinical practice,the future medical practitioners have played more,to a large extent expand the scope of application of Wumei pills,in order to treat all kinds of cold and heat mixed syndrome,of which the effect is remarkable.This paper discusses the pathogenesis of Jueyin headache and analyzes the meaning of Wumei Pill(乌梅丸) in order to explain the therapeutic effect of Wumei Pill(乌梅丸).
