摘要
探究机械变形压力连接过程中凸模的理论最大压力值,针对现有质量监控方式的不足,以5×104N伺服压机为硬件平台,设计了一套自带数据采集系统的压力连接质量监控系统,并运用最小误差允许原则设置监控窗口。试验结果表明:该监控系统不仅能采集压力位移数据并以示波形式实时显示,也能判断压力连接质量是否合格并报警,理论计算最大压力与试验最大压力值较为吻合。
        The maximum theoretical pressure value of the punch during the clinch joining was explored.Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing quality control method,Taking the 5 × 104 N servo press as the hardware platform,a set of quality monitoring system with data acquisition system was designed.Using the minimum error control law,the monitoring windows were set.Test results show that the quality monitoring system can not only collect the data of pressure and displacement and draw a curve for real-time display,but also determine whether the clinch joining is qualified and alarm.The computed maximum pressure matches the experimental value well.
