大学生工程化创新创业训练体系的构建与实践——以电子信息类本科为例

摘要
分析当今大学生缺乏系统化的创新创业训练,导致专业素质、知识结构和创新综合能力与创新创业要求不相适应;大学生创新创业工程实践能力欠缺,在实际工作中无法做到学以致用、推陈致新的问题。为解决电子信息类本科人才创新创业能力培养与电子信息行业发展的现实需求之间的矛盾:(1)建成虚实一体化、全开放的创新创业基础平台;(2)形成分层级、递进式、系统化的创新创业训练模式;(3)构建以项目为驱动的创新创业工程化实践训练体系。项目自2013年完成以来,先后在我校电子信息类本科专业推广应用,取得了良好效果。
Aiming at today's university students who are lacking of innovation entrepreneurship training,professional quality,knowledge structure and comprehensive ability doesn't fit the requirement.And that they could not study for the purpose of application and creation.To solve the problem of training electronic information university students' innovation ability and the demand of industry development reality,main works are as follow:(1)real and virtual,widely open the innovation basic platform;(2)The different-level,progressive and systematic practice mode has been built;(3)Driven by demand of innovation engineered practice training system.Since 2013,achievements has been expended and applied in our university of electronic information Specialty,and obtained good effects.
