农类高职院校农村生源大学生返乡创业意愿的影响因素分析——基于温州科技职业学院的调查分析

以温州科技职业学院农村生源大学生为调研对象开展调研,调研结果显示学习阶段、家庭支持程度、父母职业、创业培训、创业经历和返乡创业政策了解程度6个因素对农村生源大学生返乡创业意愿的影响较显著。通过个案访谈与案例分析,提出了营造良好的返乡创业社会环境、完善返乡创业教育体系、加强创业资金扶持力度3个对策,以期为高职院校推进农村生源大学生返乡创业提供参考。
This paper took the rural students in Wenzhou Vocational College of Science & Technology as the research object to make the survey. The survey results showed that the six factors of learning stage, family support level, parental occupation, entrepreneurship training, entrepreneurial experience and the understanding degree of entrepreneurship policy in hometown had significant impacts on rural students' willingness to return to their hometowns and start a business. Through case interviews and studies, we proposed three countermeasures, including creating a good returning entrepreneurial social environment, improving the returning entrepreneurship education system, and strengthening the support of entrepreneurial funds, so as to provide references for promoting the return of rural students to start a business in rural areas.
