摘要
丁醇羰基合成反应器一般采用机械搅拌达到气液的均匀混合,其设备比较复杂,机械密封和底部衬套等部件在设备运转过程中易损坏,影响设备的稳定运行。通过对反应器进行流体搅拌改造,使流体搅拌代替搅拌器的功能,并拆除原有机械搅拌器,消除机械搅拌可能造成的隐患,实现系统安全稳定长周期运行。
Butanol OXO reactor generally adopts mechanical stirring to achieve uniform mixing of gas and liquid. Mechanical stirring equipment is more complex, of which the mechanical seal and bottom bushing are easy to damage during the operation affecting the stable operation. Then the fluid stirring replaced the original mechanical agitater through transformation, the hidden trouble caused by mechanical stirring is eliminated, and the system could run safely and stably for a long period.
