摘要

性早熟是小儿常见的一种内分泌疾病,临床常见患儿第二性征过早出现,骨成熟加速,骨龄明显提前,身材矮小。柴嵩岩教授认为,其主要病机为肾精不固,相火妄动,临证应以清解心肾、潜降相火为主法,兼以酸敛固涩,用药忌兴阳之品,同时需注意饮食调护。
        Sexual precocious puberty is a common endocrine disease in children. The most common clinical symptoms are secondary sexual characteristics that appear prematurely, accelerated bone maturity, significantly advanced bone age and short stature. Professor CHAI Songyan believes that the main pathogenesis of the disease is that the kidney essence is not solid, and act in vain, so clinical syndrome differentiation should be used to clear the heart and kidney, reduce ministerial fire, and pick the acid astringent. Medication should not apply medicine with the efficacy of afrodyn, and diet adjustment should also be paid attention to.
