肺癌患者化疗间歇期延续护理模式的构建

摘要
目的构建肺癌患者化疗间歇期延续护理方案。方法根据主题进行文献阅读、半结构访谈,形成指标框架,再通过两轮专家咨询,确定肺癌患者化疗间歇期延续护理模式的各级指标。结果两轮专家咨询问卷回收率分别为100%和95%,专家权威系数为0.92,肯德尔和谐系数为0.17(P<0.01);最终确定108个条目,其中一级条目4个,二级条目21个,三级条目83个;两轮专家咨询后确定了肺癌患者化疗间歇期延续护理模式主要包括护理评估、实施路径、延续护理内容、效果评价4个方面的内容。结论本研究专家积极性和权威程度较高,各项指标专家意见集中,结果科学可靠,为癌症患者延续护理本土化研究提供了思路和参考。
