摘要
以格特拉克汽车变速箱为主要的研究对象,在Pro/E中建立三维实体模型,通过Hypermesh前处理划分网格,再导入到有限元分析软件Abaqus中完成对变速箱箱体的模态分析。通过求出各阶情况下的固有频率,找出发生振动较大的区域,为该变速箱箱体的改进找到理论依据。
Taking the GETRAK automobile gearbox as the main research object, a 3D solid model is built in Pro/E, and the grid is meshed by Hypermesh pre-processing, and then imported into the finite element analysis software Abaqus to complete the modal analysis of the gearbox box. By finding the natural frequency in each order, the area where the vibration is large is obtained. The results provide a theoretical basis for the improvement of the gearbox.
