摘要
【目的】生菜黑斑病是生菜的重要病害之一,在生产上影响生菜质量并导致减产。目前报道的生菜黑斑病病原菌种类较多,为了明确引起北京地区生菜黑斑病的病原菌种类,从北京市昌平区生菜种植温室采集生菜黑斑病病样,进行病原菌的分离培养、致病性测定与鉴定。【方法】采用的病原菌鉴定的主要方法为形态学鉴定和分子生物学鉴定。通过显微镜观察病原菌的形态特征,并对病原菌DNA的ITS部分序列进行分析。【结果】结果表明:引起生菜黑斑病的病原菌为互隔链格孢Alternaria alternata。【结论】研究结果可以为生菜黑斑病的相关研究以及今后生产上相关生菜病害的防治提供理论依据。
        Lettuce black spot is one of important diseases infecting lettuce,which affects the quality and reduces the yield of lettuce.At present,there are many kinds of pathogens of lettuce black spot reported.In order to clarify the pathogen causing lettuce black spot in Beijing,the diseased lettuce leaves which had the similar symptom of lettuce black spot were collected from the greenhouse in Changping district of Beijing and the pathogen was isolated and cultured.The pathogenicity of the isolated pathogen was tested by inoculated on healthy lettuce leaves.The isolated pathogen was identified by morpholog and molecular biology.The morphological characteristics of the pathogen was observed by microscope,and the ITS partial sequence of the pathogen DNA was analyzed.The results showed that the pathogen causing lettuce black spot was Alternaria alternata.The results could provide theoretical basis for the prevention and control of lettuce black spot and other related lettuce diseases in future research.
