摘要
目的观察2015~2018年南昌市青云谱区蚊虫种群分布,为相关蚊媒传染病的防治工作提供科学依据。方法根据《全国病媒生物监测实施方案》,采用诱蚊灯法,定点、定时、定人对南昌市青云谱区蚊虫进行监测,通过描述性研究方法对南昌市青云谱区2015年3月~2018年11月蚊媒监测数据进行流行病学分析。结果 2015年3月~2018年11月南昌市青云谱区用于监测蚊虫的吸入式诱蚊灯总计288只,捕获成蚊1科3属4种,共3521只。其中致倦库蚊3260只,占捕蚊总数的92.59%,为南昌市青云谱区的优势蚊种;其次是白纹伊蚊185只,占捕蚊总数的5.25%;三带喙库蚊和中华按蚊分别占捕蚊总数的1.36%和0.08%。全区4年蚊密度逐年下降,蚊种构成比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 2015~2018年南昌市青云谱区蚊密度逐年下降,但仍要加大辖区环境治理工作。
        Objective To observe the distribution of mosquito populations in Qingyunpu area of Nanchang City from 2015 to 2018, and provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of related mosquito-borne diseases. Methods According to the "National Vector Monitoring Program", the mosquito lamp method was used to monitor mosquitoes in the Qingyun spectrum area of Nanchang City by fixed-point, timed, and fixed-person methods.pidemiological analysis of mosquito vector monitoring data from March 2015 to November 2018 in Qingyunpu District of Nanchang City was carried out by descriptive research methods. Results From March 2015 to November 2018, the total number of inhaled mosquito traps used to monitor mosquitoes in Qingyunpu District of Nanchang City was 288,Capturing adult mosquitoes, 1 family, 3 genera and 4 species, a total of 3,521. Among them, 3260 Culex pipiens pallens, accounting for 92.59% of the total number of mosquitoes, were the dominant mosquito species in Qingyunpu District of Nanchang City; followed by 185 Aedes albopictus, accounting for 5.25% of the total number of mosquitoes; Culex pipiens pallens and Anopheles sinensis accounted for 1.36% and 0.08% of the total number of mosquitoes, respectively. The composition of the fouryear population in the whole district was compared, the difference was not statistically significant( P>0.05). Conclusion The mosquito density in the Qingyun spectrum area of Nanchang City has decreased year by year from 2015 to 2018, but it is still necessary to increase the environmental management of the area.
