摘要
针对目前国内玻璃纤维布生产企业的布匹缺陷检测方式仍采用人工检测的状况,设计了一种基于机器视觉的玻璃纤维布缺陷检测系统,该系统包括图像采集模块、人机交互模块、图像处理模块和缺陷数据统计模块四个部分,详细阐述了各模块的实现方法和技术。在VS2010平台下基于C#、Halcon和SQL Sever数据库的研制出了玻璃纤维织布缺陷检测软件系统,并在实验平台上进行了相关的调试和实验验证。结果表明该系统稳定可靠、实时性好,满足了预期的研发要求。
A glass fiber cloth defect detection system is designed on the basis of machine vision system,in order to improve the manual detection mode in quality control adopted in some domestic enterprises manufacturing glass fiber cloth. This system includes image gathering module, image processing module, defect data statistics module and man-machine interaction module. And it is developed through writing C# and Halcon codes and connecting Visual Studio 2010 with SQL Sever databases. After debugging and experimental verification of the software system,it proves that the designed system has stable and real-time performance.
