富马酸卢帕他定治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效观察

摘要
目的观察富马酸卢帕他定治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月—2017年9月于我院就诊的86例慢性荨麻疹患者,随机分为两组,各43例。研究组服用富马酸卢帕他定片,对照组服用氯雷他定片,对比两组临床疗效。结果研究组疾病好转率93.0%,高于对照组的76.7%:副反应发生率2.3%,低于对照组的14.0%;症状改善时间(4.9±1.1)d,短于对照组的(5.4±1.2)d,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.440,P=0.035;χ2=3.888,P=0.049;t=2.014,P=0.047);研究组复发率2.3%,低于对照组的11.6%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.867,P=0.090)。结论富马酸卢帕他定治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效佳,安全性高且复发率低。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of rupatadine fumarate in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods Eighty-six patients with chronic urticaria who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to September 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 43 cases in each group. Patients in the study group were treated with rupatadine fumarate tablets, patients in the control group were given loratadine tablets, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The disease improvement rate of the study group was 93.0%, higher than that of the control group(76.7%), the incidence of side effects was 2.3%, lower than that of the control group(14.0%), the symptom improvement time was(4.9±1.1) d in the study group, shorter than(5.4±1.2) d in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(χ2=4.440, P=0.035; χ2=3.888, P=0.049; t=2.014, P=0.047); the recurrence rate of the study group was 2.3%, lower than 11.6% of control group, the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=2.867, P=0.090). Conclusion Rupastatin fumarate is more effective for the treatment of chronic urticaria, it has high safety and low recurrence rate.
