益肾健脾祛瘀方联合黄体酮治疗早期复发性流产临床观察

摘要
目的探究益肾健脾祛瘀方联合黄体酮治疗早期复发性流产(RSA)的治疗效果。方法选取2015年10月—2017年10月早期RSA患者76例,依据随机数字表法分为2组,各38例。对照组予以基础黄体酮胶丸治疗,试验组在此基础上予以益肾健脾祛瘀方治疗。统计对比2组治疗总有效率及妊娠结局。结果试验组治疗总有效率89. 47%较对照组71. 05%高(P <0. 05);试验组继续妊娠率较对照组高,早期流产率较对照组低(P <0. 05)。结论早期RSA患者予以黄体酮、益肾健脾祛瘀方治疗,可显著缓解患者临床症状,改善妊娠结局,效果较为显著,在临床治疗中值得推广与应用。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of tonifying kidney and invigorating spleen and removing blood stasis prescription combined with progesterone in the treatment of early recurrent spontaneous abortion( RSA). Methods From October 2015 to October2017,76 patients with early RSA were enrolled in our hospital. According to the random number table method,38 patients were included.The control group was treated with progesterone capsules,and the experimental group was treated with tonifying kidney and invigorating spleen and removing blood stasis prescription. The total effective rate and pregnancy success rate of the two groups were statistically compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 89. 47% which was higher than 71. 05% of the control group( P< 0. 05). The continuing pregnancy rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the biochemical pregnancy rate and early abortion rate of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The treatment of progesterone and tonifying kidney and invigorating spleen and removing blood stasis prescription in patients with early RSA can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients and significantly improve the success rate of pregnancy. The effect is more significant,and it is worthy of promotion and application in clinical treatment.
