摘要
随着医疗技术的迅速发展,肿瘤治疗进入了"精准医学时代"。通过检测相应的标志物,使肿瘤的诊治更具有针对性和特异性,进而显著提高患者的生存。因此,寻找和检测与肿瘤相关的分子标志物至关重要。近年来,质谱技术发展迅速,不仅能定性和定量地分析小分子物质,还能用于检测各种生物分子,如蛋白质、代谢物及核酸等,使得质谱技术迅速成为医药卫生、生物化学、环境监测和石油化工等领域的有力分析工具。因此,本文针对近年来质谱技术在肿瘤分子诊断中的应用进行综述,并对未来的发展趋势进行展望。
        With the rapid development of medical technology,we have entered the era of precision medical treatment in cancer.By detecting these biomarkers,the diagnosis and treatment of the tumor are more targeted and specific,which significantly improves the survival of the patients.Therefore,tumor-associated molecular markers are crucial for the new techniques.Recently,mass spectrometry technology has developed rapidly,not only for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of small molecules,but also for the detection of various biomolecules,such as proteins,metabolites and nucleic acids,which has made it an excellent tool in the fields including:medicine and health,biochemistry,environmental monitoring and petrochemical.The article summarizes the application of the technology in molecular diagnosis of tumor and discusses the future development trend.
