摘要
目的探讨情景模拟结合案例教学法在胸外科急症临床教学中的应用效果。方法采用便利取样法,选取2013年8月~2015年5月在广西医科大学第一附属医院胸外科病区符合纳入标准的104名护理本科实习生为研究对象,其中实验组51名,对照组53名。实验组采取情景模拟结合案例教学法,对照组采取传统教学法。分别在干预6周后调查两组实习生的实习效果和对教学方法的满意度等。结果实验组在提高理论水平、激发团队协作能力、提高分析和解决问题的能力以及应对及处理突发事件的能力方面明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在总体实习满意度、教学方法满意度、理论和操作考试成绩考核中,实验组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情景模拟结合案例教学法运用于胸外科急症临床教学中能提升临床教学质量,提高护生的综合素质。
        Objective To explore the efficient of scenarios combined with case based learning method in teaching in nursing students in emergency thoracic surgery clinical care. Methods Used convenience-sampling method to recruit 104 nursing undergraduate interns who met the inclusion criteria from August 2013 to May 2015 in the first affiliated hospital of Guangxi Medical University of thoracic surgery ward,were divided into 51 in test group,53 in the control group.Briefly,scenario combines case learning method in test group,and traditional teaching method in the control group.After six weeks of interventions,we would investigate effectiveness and satisfaction of the different teaching methods between these two groups. Results Scenario simulation combined with case based learning method had improved the theoretical level,stimulating solidarity and cooperation,enhancing the analytical and problem-solving ability,develop the capacity to respond to and deal with emergencies on the teaching effect of significantly improved(P<0.05).Relate to overall satisfaction,satisfaction of teaching methods,theory and exam performance appraisal in the test group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). ConclusionUsed scenario simulations and case based learning method in the nursing teaching not only can improve the quality of clinical teaching,but also improve the comprehensive quality of nursing students.
