摘要
甲基苯丙胺(methamphetamine,MA)是一种具有精神兴奋作用的苯丙胺类兴奋剂(amphetamine-type stimulants,ATS),具有极强的耐受性和成瘾性,并且具有复吸率高,易获得以及躯体戒断症状不明显等特点。近年来,由于MA成瘾者的人数逐年上升,从分子生物学角度探究MA成瘾生物标志物的研究也在增加,并且出现了很多新的检测技术,综述这些候选生物标志物及其检测技术将有助于MA临床诊断及探究MA成瘾机制。
        Methamphetamine(MA),which has the effect of mental excitement,is one of amphetamine-type stimulants(ATS). It has very strong tolerance and addiction,with high relapse rate,easy access,unconspicuous physical withdrawal symptoms and other characteristics. Because the number of MA addicts is gradually rising in recent years,the research of MA addiction biomakers from the aspect of molecular biology is also increasing and many new detection technologies have appeared. Summarizing these biomarkers and their detection technologies is benefit to MA's diagnostic technique and helps to discover MA's addictive mechanisms.
