摘要

随着国家科技创新战略的实施,煤炭示范项目在煤炭企业发展中的地位日益突出。煤炭企业需要明确科技发展的思路和方向。通过建立行之有效的科技创新体系、加大科技研究开发费用投入、培养锻炼科技人才队伍、保护自主知识产权、加强科技成果转化升级等措施,实现煤炭企业的科技进步和发展。
        With the implementation of national science and technology innovation strategy, coal demonstration projects are playing an increasingly prominent role in the development of coal enterprises. Coal enterprises need to clarify the thinking and direction of scientific and technological development. Through the establishment of effective scientific and technological innovation system, increase investment in scientific and technological research and development, training and training of scientific and technological personnel,protection of independent intellectual property rights, strengthen the transformation and upgrading of scientific and technological achievements and other measures, to achieve the scientific and technological progress and development of coal enterprises.
