品管圈管理对LPD术后患者使用心电监护仪规范率的影响

摘要
目的探讨采用品管圈管理对护士为腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术(LPD)术后患者规范使用心电监护仪的效果影响。方法 2017年8～12月品管圈管理活动前行LPD治疗的34例患者为对照组,2018年1～4月开展品管圈活动后行LPD治疗的34例患者为观察组。对照组使用心电监护仪进行生命体征的监护,观察组成立品管圈小组,对LPD术后患者常规使用心电监护仪监护的现状调查及原因分析,对心电监护仪使用过程中存在的问题进行记录,分析和比较在品管圈管理活动前与活动后护士对心电监护仪的规范使用状况,以及患者对护士工作的评价状况。结果实行品管圈活动后,观察组患者心电监护仪规范使用状况及患者对工作评价状况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论将品管圈应用于LPD术后护理管理可有效提高护士使用心电监护仪规范率,使心电监护仪使用得当,及时提供患者的生命信息,指导临床治疗与护理工作,提高患者满意度。
Objective To investigate the effects of quality control circle( QCC) management on the standard application of electrocardiogram monitor by nurses for patients after laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy( LPD). Methods The quality control circle group was establised to investigate the current situation and reason of routine application of electrocardiogram monitor by nurses for patients after LPD to analyze the existing problems during application of electrocardiogram monitor. Moreover the standard application situation of electrocardiogram monitor by nurses and the evaluation of patients for the work of nurses were analyzed and compared before and after QCC management activities. Results After performing QCC activities,the standard application situation of electrocardiogram monitor by nurses for patients after LPD and patient's evaluation for the work of nurses were superior to those before performing QCC activities( P < 0. 05).Conclusion The application of QCC in postoperative nursing management for patients after LPD can effectively improve the standardized rate of application of electrocardiogram monitor by nurses,which can provide timely the patient's life information,guide clinical treatment and nursing work,and improve patient's satisfaction degree.
