返乡农民工进入农业领域创业的风险类别与化解对策

摘要
在全球经济提振乏力和我国城镇产业转型升级的大背景下,异地中低端就业岗位趋紧,许多农民工被迫返乡。囿于专用性技能锁定和习惯性思维路径依赖,一些返乡农民工首选农业领域开展创业活动。然而,进入该领域创业不可避免地会遭遇市场、自然、人为、管理和政策等方面的风险,其中任何一种风险都可能导致创业失败。因此,有必要深入探究返乡农民工进入农业领域创业可能遭遇的各类风险,把脉不同风险的衍生机理,采取针对性措施,降低风险的消极作用,促进农民工返乡创业成功。
Under the background of global depression and industrial transformation and upgrading in cities, a lot of migrant labors are forced to return home because middle and low-end jobs in non-agriculture industry become more and more scarce. Restricted by specific skills and habitual thinking path dependence, some returning migrant workers prefer to carry out entrepreneurship activities in the field of agriculture. However, they will inevitably encounter such risks as market, nature, man-made, management and policy when they start business in agriculture, and any of the uncertain risk may lead to the failure in the project. Therefore, it is fairly essential to explore in depth the relevant risks that returning migrant workers may encounter when they enter the field of agriculture to start their own businesses, and take corresponding measures to reduce the negative impacts of risks and to promote the success of their entrepreneurship.
