摘要
随着智能电网和电力市场的发展与完善,需求侧资源在竞争市场中的作用被重新认识。美国的需求响应项目发展较早,在批发市场和零售端市场均取得了较广泛的应用。为了提高用户的参与度和项目成效,美国需求响应项目中大量采用了基于先进的通信和计算机技术的需求响应支撑技术,并取得了显著的效果。对美国需求响应项目推行中采用的使能技术、电网友好型设备和能量管理系统平台等关键支撑技术进行了研究分析,为我国电力需求响应项目中关键支撑技术的研究提出建议。
        With the development and improvement of smart grids and electricity market, we begin to re-understand the role of de-mand-side resources in the competitive market. American demand re-sponse projects developed earlier and have achieved a wide range of applications in the wholesale and retail markets. In order to improve the users' extensive participation and project results, the demand re-sponse support technologies based on the advanced communication and computer technology are widely used in American demand re-sponse projects and have achieved remarkable results. This paper studies the key supporting technologies in the implementation of the American demand response projects such as enabling technology,power grid friendly equipment and energy management platform and provides suggestions for our country's research work of key support technologies in electric power demand response.
