摘要

目的:探讨腹腔镜和开腹手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤对机体免疫功能的影响。方法:收治卵巢良性囊肿患者80例,分为对照组和观察组。观察组采用腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组采用开腹手术治疗。结果:观察组中性粒细胞吞噬率、吞噬指数和T细胞免疫功能显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤能有效减轻手术造成的免疫损伤,利于患者恢复。
        Objective:To explore the effect of laparoscopic and open surgery on immune function in patients with benign ovarian tumor.Methods:80 patients with benign ovarian tumor were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The observation group was treated with laparoscopic surgery.The control group was treated with open surgery.Results:In the observation group,neutrophil phagocytosis rate and phagocytosis index and T cell immune function were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery for benign ovarian tumors can effectively reduce the immune damage caused by surgery,and help patients recover.
