基于AHP的公共空间的评价方法研究——以百万庄“子丑寅卯”区为例

摘要
城市老社区更新是当前建筑领域重要的课题之一,目前老社区内部存在建筑师亟待解决的问题。集经济技术、历史因素和生活品质等多位一体的老社区更新是建筑领域中的一个普遍性难题。文章针对老社区的现状及特点,总结了国内外相关研究成果,同时以百万庄社区为例,尝试对老社区的公共空间的行为进行实态调研,运用层次分析法(AHP)对公共空间的情况进行综合评价。研究结果表明,该评价体系对于老社区如何合理利用公共空间和新社区在设计过程中考虑远期公共空间的利用方面具有一定的借鉴意义,从而为老社区的公共空间优化方案提供有价值的参考。
The renewal of old urban communities is one of the most important issues in the field of architecture, but there are still some problems to be solved urgently.Therefore, it is a universal problem which integrates economic, technological, historical factors.In view of the current situation and characteristics of it, on the premise of summarizing the relevant research before, taking the BaiWanzhuang Community as an example, this paper attempts to conduct a real-time investigation on the behavior of the old community in occupying public space, and uses the AHP(analytic hierarchy process) to make a comprehensive evaluation of it.The results show that it has a certain reference significance for the old community about how to rationally use public space and the design process of the new community, and provides some reference for the public space optimization scheme.
