基于田园城市理论的中小城市发展模式探析——以台湾宜兰县规划与实践经验为例

摘要
宜兰县是台湾在快速发展时期农业县成功转型的案例,其城镇化可视为田园城市理论在台湾的实践与拓展。通过高质量的组团簇群构建与城镇组团培育,宜兰创造出了健康、活力、各具特色的城镇群体,其发展模式与实践经验值得大陆中小城市在未来建设中借鉴与学习。
Yilan is a model of successful agricultural county transformation during the rapid development period in Taiwan.Its urbanization can be considered as a practice and evolution of the Garden City theory.With the construction of highquality group clusters and the cultivation of town groups,Yilan was built into a healthy,prosperous and characteristic county.Its experiences and development model have implications for the future construction of medium and small cities in China's mainland.
