摘要
研究了不同成型压力对反应烧结碳化硅显微结构与性能的影响。结果表明:随着成型压力的增加,反应烧结碳化硅材料的密度和强度呈现出先增后减的趋势。当压力为25MPa时,材料具有最高密度和强度,分别为密度3.074g/cm3、抗弯强度401 MPa、抗压强度2211 MPa。同时,烧结体中各相分布均匀,游离硅尺寸较小。
Influence of different pressure on reaction sintered silicon carbide′s microstructure and properties were studied.The results show that:with the increase of pressure,reaction bonded silicon carbide material density and strength showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.When the pressure is at 25 MPa,the material have the highest density and strength,respectively,density is 3.074g/cm3,bending strength is 401 MPa,compressive strength is 2211 MPa.At the same time,the phases distributed uniformly in the sintered body,the size of the free silicon is small.
