毛白杨速生大径材优良无性系选育研究

摘要
为了选育出速生性强且适宜在陕西关中地区生长的毛白杨大径材适生品种,在西北农林科技大学渭河试验站以28年生的毛白杨试验对比林为研究对象,使用布鲁莱斯测高仪和围尺测定每株林木的树高和胸径,应用公式V=0.513 40 H~(0.828 958)D~(1.995 375)计算单株材积,并采用SPSS21.0对各无性系的树高、胸径和材积进行统计分析。结果表明:各无性系的树高、胸径和材积生长量与对照组箭杆毛白杨、易县毛白杨和I-101存在明显差异;在树高多重比较结果中,只有60号、77号、84号、66号、95号、75号、67号、69号无性系的树高生长量优于对照组,但是在0.01显著水平下60号、77号、84号、66号、95号、75号、67号、69号无性系只与I-101的差异达到显著与另外两个对照品系差异不显著;通过胸径多重比较结果可知,在0.01显著水平下胸径生长量优于对照组且与对照组差异达到显著的只有85号、89号和84号无性系;通过公式V=0.513 40 H0.828 958 D1.995 375计算各无性系单株材积后,对各无性系材积进行多重比较后发现,在0.01显著水平下材积生长量同时优于3个对照品系并与之差异达到显著的只有85号、89号和84号无性系。综上选出的最优无性系为85号、89号和84号无性系。
        In order to breed poplar clones with the traits of fast-growing and large diameter,and suitable for growing in Guanzhong of Shaanxi,a 28-year-old Populus tomentosa plantation located in the Weihe River Experimental Station of Northwest Agricultural and Forestry University was used as research object.The tree height(H)and the diameter at breast height(DBH)were measured,and individual plant volume(V)were calculated by using the formula V=0.513 40 H~(0.828 958)D~(1.995 375).A statistic analysis was conducted by using SPSS21.0on tree height,diameter and volume of different clones.Significant differences were observed between tested clones and control group in H,DBH,and V.Multiple comparison of Hindicated that clone No.60,No.77,No.84,No.66,No.95,No.75,No.67,No.69 were higher than the control group,at0.01 significance level,differences in H between clones above mentioned and control group I-101 were significant,and not significant with other two control groups.At the level of 0.01,the DBH of No.85,No.89 and No.84 were significantly higher than those of the control groups.Volumes of No.85,No.89 and No.84 were significantly higher than those of the control groups.It was concluded that the best clones selected were clone No.85,No.89 and No.84.
