椭圆食粉螨种群与生态因子关联分析

摘要
目的探讨椭圆食粉螨种群与生态因子的关系。方法于2015年在淮北市粮仓定点采集标本,对椭圆食粉螨成螨、若螨、幼螨及天敌进行鉴定及计数,记录仓库的相对湿度及温度。采用灰色关联度对数据进行分析。结果椭圆食粉螨种群消长呈双峰型,分别是7月和9月,肉食螨对该螨有一定的跟随效应。3种生态因子与椭圆食粉螨成若螨量的关联度顺序为相对湿度(0.6775)>仓温(0.6607)>天敌数量(0.6328);与椭圆食粉螨幼螨量的关联度顺序为相对湿度(0.7052)>天敌数量(0.6417)>仓温(0.6101);与种群数量的关联度顺序为相对湿度(0.6796)>仓温(0.6353)>天敌数量(0.6323)。结论仓储环境中的温度、相对湿度及天敌数量为影响椭圆食粉螨种群消长的重要生态因子。
        Objective To explore the relationship between the population of Aleuroglyphus ovatus and ecological factors. Methods The population of A.ovatus( imago,nymphs and larvae) and predatory mites were collected,examined and counted in granary of Huaibei. Relative humidity and temperature was recorded. The relationship was analyzed by gray sequence analysis between the population of A. ovatus and ecological factors.Results The peaks of population dynamics of A. ovatus were discovered in July and September. The population of predatory mites showed the following efficiency. The results of gray sequence analysis showed the ecological factors for adult and nymphs were relative humidity( 0.6775) > temperature( 0.6607) > natural enemy( 0.6328).For larvae the sequence were relative humidity( 0.7052) > natural enemy( 0.6417) > temperature( 0.6101). For the population the influence sequence were relative humidity( 0.6796) > temperature( 0.6353) > natural enemy( 0.6323).Conclusions Relative humidity,temperature of environment and the population of natural enemy are important factors affecting the population of A.ovatus.
