摘要
通过测定表面张力、表面扩张黏弹模量、界面张力,起泡体积、半衰期等多个参数,优选出了既具有良好起泡能力,又有较低界面张力的复合泡沫体系,考察了该体系在非均质模型上的驱油性能。实验结果表明:氟碳起泡剂的起泡性能较佳,但仅有BS起泡剂能将界面张力降到10~(-2) mN/m;较佳的起泡剂配方为0.1%BS甜菜碱+0.08%起泡甜菜碱+0.12%氟碳起泡剂+1 500 mg/L部分水解聚丙烯酰胺,该体系具有较好的调驱能力,能够将综合采收率提高15%。
Foam flooding is a kind of enhanced oil recovery(EOR) technology with good flooding ability.The surface tension,surface expansion of multiple parameters viscoelastic modulus, interfacial tension, foaming volume and half-life were measured. Through these parameters, a composite foam system, which owned not only good foaming ability, but also lower interfacial tension, was preferred, the flooding effects of the system on non-homogeneous model were performanced.The results showed that: the best properties of foaming is fluorocarbon surfactant gas the best foaming properties, but the interfacial tension reduces to 10~(-2) mN/m when only the BS surfactant is used.By the evaluation of different complex systems, the best foaming agent formula is 0.1% BS blistering betaine + 0.08% betaine + 0.12% fluorocarbon surfactant + 1 500 mg/L polymer, which has the a good ability of profile control and flooding and increases comprehensive recovery by 15%.
