摘要
为了解决电动汽车随机充电功率会影响主动配电网优化调度这一问题,本文提出了含电动汽车的主动配电网优化调度模型,该模型分为两个目标函数。首先,以电动汽车停驶概率建立电动汽车有序充放电模型;然后,建立以主动配电网运行成本最小、等效负荷方差最小为目标函数的主动配电网日前优化调度模型,获得电动汽车连接电网的时间和充电功率;最后,本文建立的模型在IEEE33节点配电网系统中进行多场景分析电动汽车对主动配电网优化调度造成的影响,并采用CPLEX优化规划软件来求解模型。结果表明,本文所建立的模型和方法不仅可以保证配电网经济运行,而且还能有效的利用电动汽车的充放电来减少配电网负荷曲线的方差。
        In order to solve the problem that the random charging power of electric vehicles will affect the optimal dispatching of the active distribution network, this paper proposes an active distribution network optimization scheduling model for electric vehicles. The model is divided into two objective functions. Firstly, an orderly charge and discharge model for electric vehicles is established based on the probability of electric vehicle stopping. Then, the active distribution network optimization model of the active distribution network with the minimum operating cost of the active distribution network and the minimum equivalent load variance is established, and the time and charging power of the electric vehicle connected to the grid are obtained. Finally, by using the model established in this paper the impact of electric vehicles on the optimal dispatching of active distribution network in the IEEE 33 node distribution network system is analyzed, and CPLEX optimization planning software is used to solve the model. The results show that the model and method established in this paper can not only ensure the economic operation of the distribution network, but also effectively use the charging of electric vehicles to reduce the variance of the load curve of the distribution network.
