摘要

面对日渐强化的环保要求,医院必须重视射线装置和医用放射源对环境造成的影响和相关的安全管理,从法律、组织构架、安全文化宣贯、检查和资金多方面入手管理医院辐射工作。重视辐射安全不仅是医院领导单方面的认识,全体职工、全方面的重视才是保障核辐射安全的关键。
        In face of increasingly strengthened environmental protection requirements,hospitals must pay attention to the impact of radiation devices and medical radioactive sources on the environment and related safety management,from the law,organizational structure,Nuclear-safety culture,inspection and capital to manage the radiation work of the hospital. The radiation safety is not only the manager of the hospital leaders' work,the goal of radiation work is that let all staffs know importance of nuclear safety is to protect yourself.
