社工机构介入楚雄州农村留守儿童的关爱与保护——基于楚雄州Z机构的实践

摘要
楚雄州是集民族、贫困、山区为一体的少数民族贫困地区,贫困人口多,贫困程度深,农村留守儿童关爱与保护工作任务重。社会工作人才作为协同政府开展农村留守儿童关爱与保护工作的新兴力量,专业社工机构作为社会工作专业服务的社会载体,研究其在介入楚雄州留守儿童关爱与保护工作的空间和优势,以Z机构的具体实践为例找到更有效发挥社会工作机构介入楚雄州留守儿童关爱与保护工作的路径和策略。
A large part of the population of Chuxiong Prefecture are ethnic people facing poverty. Care and protection of children left behind in rural Chuxiong,therefore,is a hard job. Social workers are an emerging force that can work with the government to some effect in this area. As providers of social work services,professional social work institutions deserve close study so that their working space and advantages in providing care and protection to children left behind in the rural areas can be known to us all. Work of Institution Z can be a good example and its study can be helpful in identifying the approaches and strategies through which social work institutions interfere fruitfully in care and protection of children left behind in rural Chuxiong.
