摘要
为了进一步探求珠宝首饰与大众之间的关系,分析在设计和购买珠宝首饰产品过程中存在的问题,文章引入了服务设计的概念,探寻珠宝行业与服务设计结合的交叉点,更好地追随消费者的行为习惯和思路,推动珠宝首饰产业的发展。
In order to further discover the link between jewelry and the general public and analyze the existing problems concerning designing and trading jewelry products, this article introduces the concept of service designing, seeking the conjecture of jewelry industry and service industry, so as to better understand consumer behavior and promote the development and jewelry industry.
