摘要
维生素D作为一种脂溶性维生素,其骨骼外非经典作用越来越受到人们关注。越来越多的研究表明维生素D与糖尿病、肥胖、心血管疾病、肿瘤等疾病存在相关性。维生素D缺乏与肥胖的相关性为近年研究的热点,但相关机制仍未明确。本文就维生素D与肥胖二者之间的关系及其可能的相关机制进行综述。
        As a fat-soluble vitamin, vitamin D has attracted more and more attention from its extraskeletal non-classical role. More and more studies have shown that vitamin D is associated with diseases such as diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease and cancer. The relationship between vitamin D deficiency and obesity is the research hotspot in recent years, but the related mechanisms are still unclear.This paper reviewed the relationship between vitamin D and obesity and its possible related mechanisms.
