非典型胸部结节病患者的CT影像学诊断价值研究

摘要
目的:观察与探讨非典型胸部结节病患者的CT影像学表现、鉴别及诊断价值。方法:选取我院2017年5月-2018年5月期间收治的104例胸肺部病变患者,所有患者均给予多层螺旋CT扫描,并明确CT诊断及鉴别的临床价值。结果:104例患者中共诊断3例淋巴瘤、4例结核、2例转移瘤以及83例非典型胸部结节,其中有12例患者漏诊或者误诊,非典型胸部结节的CT影像学诊断正确率为87.7%(83/95)。结论:在非典型胸部结节病临床诊断中应用CT影像学检查能够更清楚观察病变,对于疾病病变位置、诊断与鉴别起到了积极促进作用,值得推广应用。
        Objective: To observe and explore the value of CT imaging, differential diagnosis and diagnosis of atypical chest nodular disease. Methods: 104 patients with thoracic and pulmonary diseases admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected. All patients were given multi-slice spiral CT scanning, and the clinical value of CT diagnosis and differentiation was clarified.Results: The diagnosis of 104 cases of 3 cases of lymphoma, 4 cases of tuberculosis, 2 cases of metastatic tumors and 83 cases of atypical chest nodules, one of the 12 patients were missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis, atypical chest nodules of CT imaging diagnostic accuracy was 87.7%(83/95).Conclusion: In clinical diagnosis of atypical chest sarcoidosis application CT imaging examination can more clearly observe the pathological changes, for disease lesion location, diagnosis and differential has played a positive role, is worthy of popularization and application.
