李遇春教授临床运用补中益气汤异病同治验案

摘要
补中益气汤是金元四大家之一的李东垣所创的方剂,李遇春教授擅用补中益气汤化裁治疗各科疾病,体现了中医"异病同治"的思想。李教授认为临证运用补中益气汤在益气健脾、滋养胃阴的同时,要标本兼治,其中以脾胃虚弱为本,气火痰瘀等病邪为标,治疗过程中亦要重视其病机寒热错杂、虚实并见。与此同时,李遇春教授坚持"病症结合,宏观辨证和微观辨证相参"的学术思想,善用药对,随症加减,疗效显著。
Buzhong Yiqi Decoction is a formula created by Li Dongyuan, one of the four members of the Jin Yuan Group. Professor Li Yuchun is adept at using Buzhong Yiqi Decoction to deal with many subjects diseases, which reflected the idea of "simultaneous treatment of different diseases"in traditional Chinese medicine. Professor Li believes that Buzhong Yiqi Decoction should be used to treat both the symptoms and the cause while supplementing qi, strengthening spleen, and nourishing the stomach yin. Among them, the defi-ciency of the spleen and stomach is the main cause, and the evils such as qi and phlegm are the targets. In the course of treatment, attention should be paid to the miscellaneous pathogenesis of cold and heat, virtual and real. At the same time, Professor Li adhered to the a-cademic ideology of "combination of illness, macroscopic dialectical and microcosmic dialectical support", making good use of drugs,adding and subtracting drugs according to symptoms. The clinical curative effect of his is distinct.
