摘要
目的探讨以柯氏模型为基础的手术室护理人员移动终端培训效果。方法护理管理人员及高年资护理人员依据我院手术室护理人员需要掌握的知识建立规范化的培训内容,与工程师沟通后,在软件平台建立手术室护理人员学习园地、手术注意事项、培训考核内容及调查问卷。选取2015年11月至2017年11月我院152名护理人员进行培训。培训后1年,比较不同学历层级护士满意情况、行为层次自我评分与科室成员评分及护理服务质量评分。结果培训后,不同学历层级护理人员满意度均较高,不同学历满意度对培训内容、培训方式比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);培训后手术室护士行为层级自我评分与科室成员评分均较培训前明显增高(P <0. 05);培训后护理人员服务质量各指标较培训前明显提高(P <0. 05)。结论以柯氏模型为基础的手术室护理人员移动终端培训,能够提高手术室护理人员各个方面能力和培训效果。
        Objective To investigate the training effect of mobile terminal for operating room nursing staff based on Kirkpatrick model. Methods To establish standardized training content by the nursing management staff and senior nursing staff according to the knowledge that the nursing staff in the operating room of our hospital needs to master,and after communication with the engineer,the learning section,surgical precautions,training assessment content and questionnaire were established on software platform for the operating room nursing staff. A total of 152 nursing staff of our hospital from November2015 to November 2017 were selected for training. One year after the training,the satisfaction of nurses at different levels of education,the behavioral self-scoring,as well as scores of nursing staff and quality of nursing services were compared. Results After the training,the satisfaction of nurses at different levels of education were high. There was no statistical significance of the comparison differences of training content and training method by satisfaction of staff with different levels of education( P > 0. 05). After the training,the behavioral self-scoring,and departmental member scores of operation room nursing staff were higher than that before the training( P < 0. 05). After the training,all indexes of nursing staff's service quality were significantly improved compared with those before the training( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The mobile terminal training of operating room nurses based on Kirkpatrick model can improve the ability and training effect of all aspects of operating room nursing staff.
