摘要
叶酸作为重要的水溶性B族维生素,对动物的新组织生成、胎儿的生长发育、乳腺发育以及乳蛋白的合成具有重要作用。围产期奶牛由于经历产犊和泌乳,对叶酸的需求较大,叶酸不足会严重影响奶牛的生产性能。本试验以163头1~2胎围产期荷斯坦牛为试验材料,研究奶牛围产期添加包被叶酸后对早期产奶性能的影响。首先对奶牛产后三次测定的DHI数据进行收集整理,通过统计分析发现,奶牛围产期添加包被叶酸对早期主要产奶性能产生有利影响,产后第1次、第2次测定,B组奶牛(每500kg体重120mg叶酸)产奶量及乳蛋白量均显著高于其他3个处理组(P<0.05);B组奶牛的群内级别指数(WHI)明显高于其他3个处理组,并且产后第2次、第3次测定WHI均高于100,说明该组的牛只生产水平高于群体生产水平。综上,围产期奶牛饲喂120mg叶酸(500kg体重)有利于提高泌乳早期的产奶性能。
        Folic acid, as an important water-soluble vitamin B, plays an important role in animal tissue formation,fetal growth and development, breast development and milk protein synthesis. Dairy cows during perinatal period undergo calving and lactation, which have a greater demand for folic acid. Insufficient folic acid can seriously affect the performance of dairy cows. A total of 163 first-and second-lactation Holstein cattle during perinatal period were hired to study the effect of adding folate coated on the early milk production performance of cows during the perinatal period. Firstly, the DHI data measured three times after cow's postpartum were collected and analyzed. The results showed that adding coated folic acid of dairy cows during perinatal period had a beneficial effect on the early main milk production performance. The first and second measurements after birth were analyzed, the milk yield、fat yield and protein yield of group B are significantly higher than the other three treatment groups(P<0.05); In addition, the WHI of group B cows was higher than the other three treatment groups, and the results of the second and third measurements show that the production level of group B dairy cows is higher than the group production level(WHI>100). In summary, feeding 120 mg folic acid in cows during perinatal dairy is beneficial to improve milk production performance in early lactation.
