摘要
目的:总结激素性股骨头坏死发病机制中细胞凋亡的研究进展,为临床上预防和治疗此病提供思路和理论依据。方法:对近十年来激素性股骨头坏死的文献做分析,归纳,总结。结果:激素性股骨头坏死的组织中存在大量凋亡细胞。激素性股骨头坏死相关的凋亡基因主要包括Bcl-2家族、p53基因、Caspase家族、Fas受体、一氧化氮等。结论:激素可以通过抑制bcl-2的表达、上调p53基因、调控Caspase家族、激活一氧化氮合酶诱导骨细胞凋亡,从而导致股骨头坏死。
