海水淡化泵用1.4517双相不锈钢组织及硬度研究

摘要
1.4517双相不锈钢作为海水淡化泵的重要材料,具有优良的耐腐蚀性能。但是,在实际应用中,1.4517双相不锈钢硬度较低,受到海水的冲磨和零部件相互之间的接触摩擦的影响,海水淡化泵容易产生磨损,从而降低产品的使用寿命。本文对1.4517双相不锈钢固溶处理后的组织和硬度进行分析,研究发现:固溶处理后,试验钢组织中的σ相可以得到减少或消除,两相组织分布更加均匀,硬度有所提高,其合理的固溶处理温度为1 040~1 080℃,固溶处理后试样硬度值可以达到27.8~28.7HRC。
        As an important material of seawater desalination pump, 1.4517 duplex stainless steel has excellent corro-sion resistance. However,the hardness of this material is low. The components are easy to wear during the operationprocess of seawater desalination pump and reduce the service life. By studying the effect of solution treatment onstructure and hardness of 1.4517 duplex stainless steel, the results showed that after the solution treatment, theσphase could be reduced or eliminstrd, two-phase structure was more uniform, and the hardness was inceased. Thereasonable solution treatment temperature is 1 040 ~ 1 080℃, and after the solution treatment, the hardness canreach 27.8 ~ 28.7 HRC.
