大型工程机械中心轴表面淬火工艺试验研究

摘要
中心轴是大型工程机械上的关键部件,外形结构特殊,承受载荷大,工况复杂,其力学性能要求较高,对重要部位的硬化层提出了特殊要求。针对某企业生产的大型挖掘机中心轴的力学性能要求,研究其表面淬火工艺方法,并对工艺参数进行了优化,这为大型工程机械中心轴表面淬火工艺研究提供了理论指导和技术支撑。
        The central shaft is a key component in large-scale construction machinery. It has special shape structure, large load and complicated working conditions. The requirement of mechanical properties of the shaft is very high. Special requirements are put forward for hardening layer of important parts. According to the requirements of mechanical properties of the central shaft of a large excavator produced by a certain enterprise, the surface quenching method was studied. And the technical parameters were optimized. It provides theoretical guidance and technical support were provided for the research on the surface quenching process of central shaft of large-scale engineering machinery.
