摘要
分析了热打箱热装炉工艺生产5A超级双相不锈钢导流壳铸件冷裂纹的产生原因。结果表明,入炉时铸件温度过低及σ相的析出共同导致材料脆化,是铸件开裂的主要原因。分析认为,减少铸件在铸型内的停留时间,加快铸件入炉速度可以避免铸件开裂。
The reasons for the cold crack in diversion shell casting of 5A super duplex stainless steel during hot shake-out and hot charging were analyzed. The results show that the lower temperature of the casting and σ phase precipitation are the main reasons for cold crack. And the crack can be avoided by reducing the keeping time in the mold and accelerating the speed of castings into furnace.
