摘要
针对含储能单元的新能源发电系统,提出一种多工况高增益多端口DC/DC变换器,所提变换器集成了一个单向供电端口、一个双向储能端口及一个负载端口,可实现任意两电气端口之间的一次电能变换,其具有输入输出电压增益高、各工况切换平滑、开关器件电压应力低等优点。首先分析所提变换器的工作原理,然后推导出变换器的性能特点,最后搭建一台额定功率为600W的实验样机对理论分析进行实验验证。
        Aiming at renewable energy generation system with storage elements. A multi-operating mode and multi-port DC/DC converter with high step-up voltage gain has been presented in this paper, the proposed converter interfaces a unidirectional input power port, a bidirectional port for storage elements and a load port into a unified structure, which features single stage power conversion among any two electrical ports.It has the advantages of high step-up voltage gain, smoothly switching between any working modes and low voltage stress of switching devices. The working principles of the converter were analyzed in this paper, and then the performances and characteristics of the converter were deduced. Finally, an experimental prototype with a rated power of 600W was set up to verify the theoretical analysis.
