冷热喷雾器熏鼻治疗儿童伤风鼻塞的临床研究

摘要
目的观察使用冷热喷雾器中药熏鼻治疗儿童伤风鼻塞的临床疗效,并对其安全性及实用性进行评价。方法将82例伤风鼻塞患儿随机分成治疗组50例,对照组32例,均用苍耳子散加减熏鼻治疗,治疗组使用冷热喷雾器熏鼻,对照组使用传统中药煎煮取汁熏鼻。记录治疗前后局部症状、体征计分,并判断疗效;同时记录家长误工时间及治疗期间发生的不良事件。结果治疗组的疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组家长误工时间为(4.72±0.8)h,对照组为(6.63±1.5)h,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组有2例(4%)儿童害怕事件,1例头晕;而对照组有8例(25%)儿童害怕和2例(6.25%)烫伤的不良事件发生。结论使用冷热喷雾器中药熏鼻治疗儿童伤风鼻塞疗效显著,且安全实用,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of children with symptoms of cold and stuffy noses with cold and hot sprayer,and to evaluate its safety and practicability.Methods 82 cases of children with symptoms of cold and stuffy noses were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,32 cases in control group,50 cases in treatment group.All were treated with Cangerzi San plus or minus nasal steam fumigation.The treatment group was treated with steam fumigation by cold and hot sprayer.The control group was treated by using steam of the mixture solution of the Chinese traditional medicines when it was heated.Local symptoms and signs before and after treatment were recorded and the curative effect was judged,parent's time off work and adverse events were recorded also.Results The cure rate of the treatment group was 70%,and that of the control group was 46.9%.The curative effect of treatment group is better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The parent's time off work of the treatment group was 4.72±0.89 h,and that of the control group was 6.63±1.55 h,with statistically significant difference in two group(P<0.05).In the treatment group,2(4%)children were afraid of events and 1 was dizzy,while in the control group,8(25%)children were afraid of events and 2(6.25%)children were afraid of adverse events of scald.Conclusion The use of cold and hot sprayer in the treatment of children's symptoms of cold and stuffy noses with traditional Chinese medicine is effective,safe and practical,worthy of clinical promotion.
