妇洁舒洗剂与维生素E胶丸治疗更年期阴道炎疗效观察

摘要
目的:分析治疗更年期阴道炎患者采用妇洁舒洗剂与维生素E胶丸的临床效果。方法:选择2015年7月～2017年4月某院收治的116例更年期阴道炎患者,按随机排列表法分为两组,其中58例患者采用妇洁舒洗剂与维生素E胶丸作为研究组,另58例患者采用醋酸清洗剂与保妇康栓作为对照组,比较两组患者的临床效果、激素水平、健康评分以及不良反应和复发情况等。结果:通过观察两组患者的临床效果,可以明显看出研究组患者总有效率高达91.38%,高于对照组患者总有效率81.03%(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者FSH、E2水平无差异,P>0.05;治疗后研究组FSH、E2水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前阴道健康评分无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后研究组患者评分(13.5±2.3)分高于对照组(7.7±1.0)分,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组、对照组不良反应发生率分别为8.62%、12.07%,两组对比无差异,P>0.05;研究组复发率为1.72%,明显低于对照组的10.34%,P<0.05。结论:治疗更年期阴道炎患者采用妇洁舒洗剂和维生素E胶丸,临床效果更显著,有效改善患者阴道情况,不良反应少,复发率低,值得进行临床应用。
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of Fujieshu Lotion of TCM and Vitamin E soft capsule in treatment with climacteric patients with vaginitis.Methods:116 climacteric patients with vaginitis treated in a hospital from July 2015 to April 2017 were selected.The subjects were randomly divided into two groups,58 cases each group.The study group took the combined method of Fujieshu Lotion of TCM and Vitamin E soft capsule;the control group took the combined method of acetic acid detergent and Baofukang suppository.The clinical efficacy,hormone level,health scores as well as the adverse event rate and recurrence rate of two groups were compared.Results:It was clearly known that the total effective rate for study group(91.38%)was significantly higher than control group(81.03%)(P<0.05);before treatment,the index of FSH and E2 for two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);After treatment,the index of FSH and E2 of study group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05);before treatment,the health scores for two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after treatment,the health scores for study group(13.5±2.3)were significantly higher than control group(7.7±1.0)(P<0.05);The adverse event rate for study group(8.62%)and control group(12.07%)was not significantly different(P>0.05);The recurrence rate for study group(1.72%)was significantly lower than control group(10.34%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined method of Fujieshu Lotion of TCM and Vitamin E soft capsule has an obvious effect in climacteric patients with vaginitis,it can improve their vaginal conditions,reduce the adverse event rate and recurrence rate.It is worthy of clinical application.
