摘要
综述了杏鲍菇多糖的提取、纯化、结构表征、生物活性以及应用研究进展,展望了杏鲍菇多糖对人体保健的应用前景,为杏鲍菇多糖将来的研究和应用提供科学依据。
        This article systematically reviewed the extraction,purification,structural characterization,biological activity and application progress of polysaccharide from Pleurotus eryngii respectively. The application of Pleurotus eryngii polysaccharide to human health was prospected,and some suggestions for the future research and application of Pleurotus eryngii polysaccharides was put forward.
