摘要
以含油污水处理常用的不锈钢为基材,通过两步电沉积法在不锈钢网表面绿色、简单易控的构建了具有疏水亲油性能的Cu/十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷(DTES)/氧化石墨烯(GO)复合涂层,研究了其对石油醚/水、正庚烷/水和环己烷/水等混合体系的油水分离性能、在1 mol·L~(-1) H_2SO_4溶液中的抗腐蚀性能以及重复使用性能。结果表明,该复合涂层展现了良好的油水分离性能、抗腐蚀性能以及重复使用性能,在油水分离领域具有良好的应用前景。
A copper/dodecyl trimethoxysilane(DTES)/graphene oxide(GO) composite coating with hydrophobic and lipophilic properties was constructed on the surface of stainless steel mesh by two-step electrodeposition using stainless steel commonly used in oily wastewater treatment. Its oil-water separation performance for petroleum ether/water, n-heptane/water and cyclohexane/water mixtures was studied. Corrosion resistance and reusability of 1 mol·L~(-1) H_2SO_4 solution. The results show that the composite coating exhibits good oil-water separation performance, corrosion resistance and reusability, and has good application prospects in the field of oil-water separation.
