村委会选举中的妇女角色分析

摘要
村委会是实现村民自治的组织载体。村委会经民主选举产生,选举过程具有一定的复杂性,掌握村委会选举的基本状况,离不开对不同环节、不同群体的关注。研究通过观察村委会换届选举中妇女的参与状况,发现妇女未必重视选举权利,而选举结果又与妇女参选程度密切相关。为提升农村妇女的参选水平,需要努力转变妇女的选举观念,帮助她们不断参与政治生活,做到珍惜和维护选举权利,并担当和履行相应的义务。
The village committee is the organizational carrier of realizing the villager autonomy. The village committee iselected by the way of democratic election and election process has a certain complexity. Mastering the basic situation of elec-tion of the village committee is needs to focus on the different sectors and groups. Women voters do not pay much attentionthe right to vote through the observe women's role in the general election of village committee,and the election results is soclosely related with the degree of women voters' participation. In order to enhance the ability to participate in elections,itneed to change the election consciousness of women voters in rural areas,help them continue to participate in the more polit-ical life,cherish and safeguard the right to vote,and assume and fulfill their corresponding obligations.
